Looking for flat that accepts benefits/dss

I'm looking to move near or within the Preston area as soon as possible,

I don't work/ unable to work but I've been studying and wouldn't mind moving into a student flat,as long as it's unfurnished or partially furnished

i can do Volunteering work but nothing paid or my benefits stop due to having both elements of limited capacity to work 

I just don't want to loose most of my furniture that I have, if possible unfurnished or part furnished properties for rent that accept benefits/dss
